Bradlee Rawlins joined Blue Grass Federal as a commercial lender in 2025 and has over a decade of experience in community banking and commercial lending. He is passionate about helping local businesses and community organizations achieve their financial goals. His areas of expertise include strategic financial analysis, risk management, and relationship-driven lending.
Previously, he held leadership roles at First National Bank of Manchester and Traditional Bank, where he provided comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Bradlee is currently the board chairman for Accutran Industries. He has also held leadership roles in the Rotary Club and Young Professionals of Bourbon County. Bradlee received his bachelor’s degree in general studies with a minor in communications and media studies from Eastern Kentucky University.
