Paris, KY — July 3, 2025 — Blue Grass Federal is proud to announce the addition of Bradlee Rawlins as its newest Commercial Lender. With over a decade of experience in community banking and commercial lending, Rawlins brings a proven track record of strategic financial analysis, risk management, and relationship-driven lending to support the growth of local businesses.
Rawlins most recently served in a leadership role at First National Bank of Manchester, where he consistently exceeded targets and built strong partnerships with local stakeholders. Prior to that, he was AVP, Community Loan Officer at Traditional Bank, Inc., where he facilitated commercial loan growth and maintained a 99% loan performance rate. His career has been defined by a commitment to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through tailored financial solutions, deep market insight, and community engagement.

This announcement comes on the heels of a landmark year for Blue Grass Federal. According to the 2024 Community Impact Report, the bank reinvested 32% of its profits back into the community, supported over 12 local organizations, and saw 100% employee volunteer participation throughout the community. With $52.9 million in assets, Blue Grass Federal continues to lead as a depositor-owned mutual institution committed to strengthening the local economy.
Rawlins, a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and a minor in Communications & Media Studies, is also an active community member. He has served on the Accutran Industries Board of Directors for a total of 10 years and currently is serving as their chairman. He has also held leadership roles in the Rotary Club and Young Professionals of Bourbon County.
